Q: Are you a factory or a trading company of COB LED products?
A: Tengcai is an original manufacturer of COB series products, and our first factory is located in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province, with plans to build two more factories in Hubei and Jiangsu by 2024. Currently Tengcai has over 25,000 square meters high-tech fully automatic production workshops, more than 280 employees, among them 30 R&D engineers over 16 years' LED industry experience, 25 after-sales technicians. Monthly production capacity is up to 3000 square meters. We have COB Digital Experience Centers in both Shenzhen and Shanghai. Welcome to pay a visit to our factory or digital experience center when you come to China.

Q: What are the main business of your company?
A: Our company's business scope includes: all-in-one COB LED display, indoor COB LED display, rental COB LED display, shelf edge COB LED display, custom COB LED display, outdoor COB LED display, rental SMD LED display, indoor SMD LED display, outdoor SMD LED display and creative SMD LED display, etc.

Q: What are the strengths of your company?
A: The strengths of our company are as follows:
1. Original COB LED display factory, equipped with 10000 square meters dust-free workshop;
2. High-end equipment, various high-precision semiconductor equipment from ASM, K&S, KAIJO, DISCO;
3. Strong R&D team, most of them having over 10 years' experience in the LED industry;
4. System certification, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC 17025, etc.
5. Mass production of wire bonding and flip chip COB products, such as P0.7, P0.9, P1.2, P1.5 and P1.8, etc.
6. Quality inspections during the production process are carried out by precision instruments;
7. Monthly capacity of COB LED modules and cabinets can be up to 3000 square meters;
8. Reliability verification, equipped with high-pressure cooking test chamber, thermal shock test chamber, constant temperature and humidity test chamber, high-speed aging life test chamber, etc.

Q: How long is the delivery time of the product in general?
A: It depends. For the regular products, we have them in stock, it can be 3 to 5 working days, and it will take 20 to 25 working days to arrange the goods for you. For customized products, it will take 30 to 45 working days. We will let you know the delivery time of the goods in advance, and update you the status of it during the course.

Q: What is the process of ODM/custom projects?
A: We are experienced in ODM/custom for the overseas markets, and the estimated process includes project audit, product research & development, sample production, sample test, customer confirmation & feedback, batch production. And please feel free to contact us directly if you have customized project requirements.

Q: How about your after-sales service?
A: Generally speaking, we provide two-year warranty and life-long repair service. We will consider spare parts for the actual large screen project, and add some more according to certain proportion. During the warranty, if any module needs to be repaired, the client can courier it to us for free maintenance service; if it is beyond the warranty, we will provide the repair service at a reasonable expense.
